By placing an order through the Fzkaly website you agree to the terms below. We have set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are not only applicable to the country of origin of the United States, but also to other countries.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Contact us at email@example.com and submit the order you want to return. 2. If the return request meets our requirements, we will approve and provide you with a return address in 1 business day. 3. Please send products to the return address, and write down the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 4. Please inform us of the tracking number (via mail or phone) to help us track and trace your package so that you get your refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We issue the refund in 1 business day after we receive return.
If you pay via PayPal, you will receive refund instantly.
If you pay via credit card or bank account, you will receive refund within 3-5 business days.
DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
